Rail and bus services in Wakayama operate infrequently compared to Japan’s urban centres, so if you are travelling in a group, with lots of luggage, or would simply like more freedom to travel, consider renting a car.
Make sure you have the all the right paperwork to rent a car, including international driving permits.

Check-out time：by 11am.
Make sure to leave the apartment by 11 am as
we need to work for cleaning up.
How to check in
You can get the key by yourself
I leave you the key during your stay. Please be careful not to forget to lock the door and window when you go out. Please note that I shall not be responsible for any loss, damages and troubles when you do not lock the door. **Losing the key costs you 10,000 yen.
There is a black key box hanging on the railing in front of the entrance.
Please take the key from the key box.
We will inform the 4 digits unlock code on
3 days before your check in date.
If you press the wrong number, press the black lever below to reset.

Style for stay
◆We provide you a whole house as an accommodation.
Please enjoy your stay at the house in random styles.
◆Free Wifi service is provided. You can confirm SSID and unlock code on the house manual book in the house. However, we can't guarantee high-speed Internet connection. Thank you for your understanding.
◆During your stay,we don't provide cleaning sevice. We also don't exchange bedding sheet sets and towels. There are a vacuum cleaner and washing machine in the room, please use and wash it by yourself. And Please spend a nice time like your room.
◆We prepare one face towel and one bath towel for each guest. Please bring your own toothbrush.
◆We provide cooking utensils, and basic condiments,
such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, oil and sugar, in our lodgings. It is possible to cook for themselves with preparing ingredients beforehand.
◆There are 2 convenience stores and 1 supermarket near by the house.
It takes around 15 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car.

◆If visitors are a group of people, please enjoy barbecuing in front of the house. Please prepare barbecue outfit by yourself.
However, please finish by 21:00 which might inconvenience the neighborhood.
◆You can park 3 cars in front of the house.
◆Not allowed smoking.(You can smoke outdoors only in front of the house.)
In order to provide a smoke free environment in all guest in rooms,
smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. A fee of JPY 20,000 for rehabilitation and cleaning will be imposed for any violations.Thank you very much for your cooperation and we wish a pleasant stay.

・Please contact us if you have something left behind.
If it is a valuable item, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that it takes a while for the cleaning staff to confirm the room.
・We can send it back to you by post, delivery fee to be collected.
・Please note that any food (including souvenirs) in the lost items will be thrown away regardless of the expiration date for safety reasons.
